Lou
I’m Lou, your dedicated Business Consultant and Strategist, and the Director of Plan + Do HQ. I come armed with a “handbag full of qualifications,” including Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner, Coach, Trainer, Assessor, and Business Strategist—all of which enable me to deliver both the high-level strategy and the day-to-day tactics businesses need to thrive.

I’m passionate about all things strategy, systems, automation, marketing, AI, and mindset—basically any “geeky” tool that can help you thrive business and in life.
Alongside running my business, I’m a wife to Dave and a mum to Osten. Family is everything, and I believe you can be a present, kind individual while still rocking it as a business owner.
Emma
She is the Implementor in the office, and you'll find her behind-the-scenes getting sh*t done!

Her background has been in planning and logistics, with analytics as her superpower.

Having worked in big mining companies, she brings an objective lens to the growth levers of a business and streamlining operations.

Back when the business was called On Time Admin, and focused on providing Virtual Assistant and Online Business Management support, we were nominated, finalists and even won a few awards.

In the media
Prior to Plan + Do HQ forming as a business strategy consultancy, it was a small boutique virtual assistant agency.
During this time, I was featured in the media for OTA being named as a finalist in the Regional Business Award and VA Business Award categories in the national Ausmumpreneur Awards program. I went on to take our Silver in the VA Business Award category.
