I've got a handbag full of qualifications, including Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner and Coach, Trainer and Assessor and Business Strategy. I bring a wealth of lived and learned experience to the table.

I love all things strategy, systems, automation, AI, mindset and a bunch of other geeky business stuff, to help you win in business and life.

Outside of all this, I'm a wife to Dave and mumma to Osten and am super clear that I want to be a present and kind person, as well as a kickass business owner.

Back when the business was called On Time Admin, and focused on providing Virtual Assistant and Online Business Management support, we were nominated, finalists and even won a few awards.

Our ethics in business and dedication to client experiences hasn't changed, even though our methodology and business name has. So we are incredibly proud of these achievements.
In the media
Prior to Plan + Do HQ forming as a business strategy consultancy, it was a small boutique virtual assistant agency.
During this time, I was featured in the media for OTA being named as a finalist in the Regional Business Award and VA Business Award categories in the national Ausmumpreneur Awards program. I went on to take our Silver in the VA Business Award category.
