Coaching Terms and Conditions
We know that Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) often seem lengthy and full of legal jargon, but we want to assure you that these are to protect both parties and both our businesses.
We want to talk about the important stuff up front, like your rights and duties with us and ours with you. This helps clear up any confusion and gives you a chance to ask questions. Don't be shy—we're here to help and want you to feel sure about what you're getting into and that we've got your back.
Fees Or Any Monies Paid For Packages
The fee you pay is non-refundable in money or in credits, regardless of cancellation notice time. What this means is that you, the Client, and us, Plan and Do HQ may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Once written notice and confirmation are given, you are responsible for payment for any and all expenses incurred, determined by Plan and Do HQ.
Package Durations
The package you choose is valid for either 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on what you select. All sessions, whether 1 hour fortnightly or 2 hours per month, must be used within the chosen duration.

3Missed Appointments
We understand that life can get busy, however, if by some chance you miss a booked session and have not given us 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel, you will not be eligible to reschedule that session to a later date. Exceptions will be made on compassionate grounds.

Rescheduling And Cancelling Sessions
Cancelling your booked session requires 24 hours’ written notice and confirmation from us. You do not need to reschedule a cancelled appointment at that exact moment in time, however, you are required to reschedule the session within a 4 week period. Plan + Do HQ holds the right to cancel or reschedule a session, giving the client 24 hours’ written notice. If we cancel a session, a credit for that session will be given.

Change Of Mind
In the event of a change of mind if you no longer want to continue with your coaching sessions, you will forfeit any monies paid.

If you have a payment plan, the next payment is due and any further payment after that one will be cancelled.

Payment Plans
Payment plans are agreed upon by the client at the time of booking.

Missed payments – if a payment has been missed, 1 week’s grace is given to catch up on the payment. If 2 payments have been missed, the client’s sessions will be placed on hold until payments have been made and the remaining payment plan will be required to be paid in full before commencing sessions.

Confidentiality
Clients and Plan+ Do HQ will maintain the confidentiality of all matters discussed in a mentoring session. All parties involved shall not disclose to any person the whole, or any part of, the confidential information, nor use any part of the confidential information for their own purposes, or for the benefit of any third party, without the prior written consent of all parties involved. We take all reasonable measures to ensure your privacy and will not disclose your business to anyone without prior consent from you, the Client.

Liability
Plan + Do HQ will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the coaching program, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

Advice Given
All sessions are based around experience, opinions and knowledge and are in good faith. Plan + Do HQ suggests that you seek professional advice on matters pertaining to legal, finance, insurance and all matters that may attract liability for you or your business. Plan + Do HQ provides advice that is general only in nature and does not constitute legal or financial advice, and our representatives accept no legal or financial liability in relation to your business or your decisions surrounding it.
